Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the refrigeration and air conditioning sector by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers, promoting our product range, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the refrigeration and air conditioning market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, including contractors, installers, and wholesalers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in trade sales within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Sydney region.
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (desirable but not essential).
