This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a proven ability in closing deals, can motivate and inspire others and is looking for the next step to progress further as a sales professional.
Sales experience is essential and if you’re the right person, we can provide the industry training you’ll need. As part of Petries sales team, you’ll have access to our experienced team across the state to share knowledge, experience and strategies to achieve your sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Live our core values and culture of: Care, Ownership, Respect and Excellence.
- Build & develop relationships with new trade customers.
- Strengthen relationships with our current trade customers.
- Provide a reliable and honest resource for our customers.
- Source products and solutions.
- Accurate quoting and specifying on a wide range of trade products.
- Convert these opportunities to sales.
- Basic interpretation of construction plans
- Deal with all enquiries professionally and provide timely feedback to our customers.
- Face to face customer service and sales within the store.
To be successful in this role you will exemplify our CORE values and:

- Able to take ownership of opportunities and issues and provide 100% follow up.
