THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Trade Sales Representative with an existing customer base located in Mildura. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade Sales team.
This is a full-time role working out of the Mildura facility with periodic trips to Stratco head office in Adelaide. Competitive salary package including bonuses + phone + computer and fully maintained vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to multitask, work independently while travelling and scheduling your own day
- Ensure monthly Sales targets are met through relationship building with customers
- Open new trading accounts monthly and increase wallet share from existing accounts
- Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling to grow sales
- Liaising with operational teams as well as internal sales teams
- Providing exceptional customer service with existing Trade customers
- Strict adherence to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment.
- Essential – Proven sales track record with success managing and developing high value accounts
- Essential - Reliable, highly organised, autonomous and able to multitask
- Advantageous – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Be action oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levels
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
