You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with travel agency partners, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners, initiate contact, and conduct meetings to present our services and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations and product training sessions for travel agents and clients.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that drive mutual growth
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and other partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in a Travel Sales or Business Development role, preferably within the travel wholesale industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Minimum 5 years in the travel industry ideally as a BDM / Sales Rep
- Ability to leverage and convert existing travel industry networks
- Manage and strengthen existing accounts
- Natural ability and confidence to convert a new client through written/verbal, presentations and sales visits.
- Target driven mindset accompanied with an infectious charisma
