AddressThe Position:
We are looking for a Trades Assistant with a team player mentality and ability to use their initiative to pitch in and get the job done alongside our qualified Trades People within our Bunbury Production Workshop.
As long as you are reliable and punctual, we are willing to provide mentoring and support for you to grow into this entry-level role.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Ability to use your initiative and be proactive in assisting with tasks within your area.
- Actively listening, clarifying instructions, and following directions
- Working collaboratively within a diverse workplace, with mutual respect for everyone
- Keenness to learn and train in the machinery equipment, and processes within our Manufacturing Production Workshop
- Ensuring the work area is kept clean, tidy, sanitised, and hygienic.
- Adhering to strict health, safety, environment, and quality standards to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
The Requirements:
- Commitment Work Structures and time management.
- Great Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively within a diversified environment.
- Ability to perform physical activities, with potential frequent exposure to various elements, such as heat, dirt, and noise.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and DAS.
- Valid Driver's Licences mandatory
- Forklift Licence is an advantage.
- General computer knowledge an advantage
