Metro South Maintenance Services are the incumbent maintenance provider for Metro South Health Hospitals and Health Service (MSH) Facilities, with the primary objective to manage the corrective and preventative maintenance for all MSH infrastructure and facilities. • Possess an understanding of and ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and standards, codes of practice, frameworks, guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Utilise the Financial and Computerised Maintenance Management System (s4Hana) to create, amend and complete work orders and to enter times and track works.
• Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
