STA has been a dominant player within the Victorian traffic control industry for over twenty -five years and more recently has formed part of the wider national organisation the Avada Group. We are currently on the lookout for talented Traffic Controllers, Team Leaders, Spotters and TMA drivers to assist with the increased post-Christmas workload!

Must haves!
- Flexibility, communication, and reliability.
- Current Traffic Control Tickets (Stop Slow Bat AND Implement Traffic Management).
- Construction induction card (White Card).
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- TMA certification if seeking TMA work and HR license.
- For spotting work the dogman accreditation which includes the Energy Safe Electrical Spotter and WorkSafe High Risk license/tickets are required.
- Minimum DAY PPE (personal protective equipment) including 2-way radio.
- Driver's License is preferred.
