The role:

You are an experienced Traffic Signal Electrician experienced in civil infrastructure works, such as signals. You are motivated for a long-term career as an electrician and find great jo satisfaction completing projects both locally, as well as across SEQ, when required.

In this role, you will work closely with the Project team to achieve project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a mindset of continuous improvement. You understand construction programs and project safety, whilst mitigating risk and ensuring quality standards and specifications are met across our busy portfolio of projects.

Works will be predominantly Brisbane based; however, some works can be required on the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast at times.

What you need:

• Min 3 years’ experience working with signals – Understanding of both BCC & TMR specifications.
• Ability to work both normal working hours and sporadically night shifts, when required
• MR Truck licence required (minimum)
• EWP High Risk Work Licence
• Working at Heights
• A willingness to travel or work away from home, when required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and people management skills
• Energy, drive and attention to detail
• Advanced problem-solving skills
