This role is based in the Frenchs Forest workshop and involves maintaining and repairing coffee equipment and conducting pre-sale inspections on new equipment. Technical experience is valued but not necessary - this role would suit an experienced barista or coffee enthusiast looking for a new challenge and a step up in their career.

• Prime and test new machines
• Machine problem diagnosis
• Machine repair, maintenance & enhancements
• Updating computer systems in an accurate & timely manner
• Maintaining the service area to ensure a safe and clean work environment

• Training provided

• Regular hours Monday to Friday (one or two Saturday's per month when fully trained)
• Cafe quality coffee all day long

• An interest in espresso equipment
• Multi-tasking capabilities and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving ability
• Experience using hand tools
• A strong work ethic
• Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy

Any of these would be an advantage so please note them in your cover letter:

• Experience with electrical trouble-shooting
• Know how to make a delicious flat white with a manual Coffee Machine and grinder :-)
