Coffee Machine Technician

Coffee Machine Technician– In house and on the road  – Must have experience 

Auspresso is seeking a dedicated team member who can thrive in a full-time role as a Coffee Machine repair technician. If you love a fast-paced environment, love people, love coffee and enjoy some laughs while working, then we might be the perfect employer for you.

We sell and service a large range of coffee equipment and as our business is growing, we are looking to increase our team. We are currently seeking a technician, preferably one who is familiar with equipment of both traditional (manual) and automatic style. This role will require a combination of both in house and on the road work, with a work vehicle and tools provided (or negotiable if you already have your own).

Based in North Parramatta, we’re a family run business with a customer service focused drive and are proud of our long-standing relationships with our customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

· In house repairs and servicing of domestic Coffee Machines

· In house and on the road servicing of commercial Coffee Machines

· Various forms of support for our key coffee accounts

· Monitoring of spare part inventory and ordering spare parts as needed

· Occasionally assisting with general warehousing duties as required

Key attributes include:

· Ability to manage time, work unsupervised and complete tasks on time

· High attention to detail

· Diagnostic and problem-solving skills

· Willingness to be part of a team to support colleagues

· A strong customer service focus is essential

· A positive, friendly, and mature outlook with a can-do attitude

Qualifications and Experience:

· Experience repairing and servicing coffee equipment is essential

· Must have a driver's licence

· Must be computer literate
