About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in banking by undertaking a Traineeship as a Customer Service Officer.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best – help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank’s products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This position is located at Community Bank Albany. We will support you to achieve a Certificate III in Business. This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a Registered Training Organisation. In return you’ll receive a 12 monthfull time contract, with salary paid based on the National Training Award.
About you
You:
- Can quickly learn new systems and processes
- Confidently talk to customers face to face and over the telephone
- Are eager to learn and share with others what makes our bank different
- Hold a strong desire to find solutions that truly meet customer needs
- Have experience in the Customer Service - this is a plus but certainly not essential, we understand that you may be starting out in your professional career
