With over 2,000 employees across our network, we are focused on growing and developing a career path for all our employees.We are looking for our next Trainee Sales Consultant to join the Ford Team at Warwick Farm.About the role:The successful applicant we be trained in all areas of Automotive Sales by our in house staff development team. Training will also carried out by senior management and you will mentored by an experienced senior Sales Consultant. In this position you will be trained and ultimately responsible for:
- Engaging with customers on the telephone, online and face to face on the showroom floor.
- Vehicle demonstration and test drives
- Understanding and qualifying the customer’s needs
- Motor vehicle registration and government paperwork compliance
- Assisting with preparation and presentation of New Vehicle deliveries
- Vehicle appraisals
- Preparation of vehicle quotes and understanding of the financing process
- Commitment to a 5-day roster weekly (closed Sundays)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated and determined to achieve success
- Proficient in communication across all channels: face-to-face, phone, and internet
- Familiarity with various computer platforms, including Excel, Word, and web-based systems
- Possession of a NSW driving license is essential
- Full work rights in Australia
