We have a rare and exciting permanent opportunity for a Trainee Patent Attorney to join our successful practice. Our team members are based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Wellington.

Your New Role 

An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Patent Attorney to join our highly successful Engineering group in our attractive CBD office location in Sydney.

The role will provide intellectually stimulating and challenging work with a broad range of clients, both local and overseas.

Your Training and Skills 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:

• A solid background in computer/data science, communication, artificial intelligence, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, electronic, physics, mathematics, bioinformatics and/or software technologies
• Excellent English language skills
• Superior analytical skills
• Excellent client service skills
• An eye for detail
• An ability to communicate technical concepts accurately and succinctly
• Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver results within specific timeframes
• An ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
