About the Power Xccelerator Program:
When you join us we will take you through a six (6) week highly intensive program that is designed to develop talented sales people in recruitment methodology. This highly interactive program consists of classroom training, online learning, peer-to-peer instruction and mentoring. Placing you in a coaching environment, you will benefit from strong on-boarding, a Buddy Program and the support of your Manager and Team to build your recruitment desk.
Salary range (depending upon experience) $60-65K base + super + (bonus after 6 weeks training)

You do not need a background in recruitment!
To be successful for this program you will need prior experience as a sales professional in a target or activity driven role. We’re looking for:
Previous experience in sales, retail or call centre/ telemarketing environments
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships with clients and candidates
Proven experience working to targets
A great team player
A natural drive to succeed in personal goals and celebrate the successes of your team
