We are currently seeking interested applications for a Trainee in Resource Recovery to join our great team and assist in providing a high level of service, support and maintenance in the operation of Council's Resource Recovery facilities.

What you can learn:
- Operate small plant and equipment
- Screen and sort incoming materials accurately to maximise quantities recovered and ensure additional materials are deposited appropriately
- Provide administration support
- Contribute to the positive safety culture within the team and ensure a safe workplace for the team and community
While no prior experience is required, a genuine interest in construction and a willingness to learn is essential. We are committed to providing you with the necessary training and support to develop your skills and knowledge, so you can thrive in this role. You will undertake a Certificate III in Civil Construction.
Salary & BenefitsFixed term: 76-hour fortnight (Term Contract - 2 years)
Salary: Dependant on age, skill & experience + 11% super
