We are currently seeking a full-time Trainee Scheduler/Construction Support for an immediate start, to join our team based in our Osborne Park office.
You will work closely with the scheduling and construction team, assisting with administration for our site supervisors, reconcile invoices and also liaise with trades and suppliers.
This role has growth opportunity and will allow the right candidate to be trained and promoted into a Scheduler role.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Raise and manages extra orders for suppliers and subcontractors
- Splits and forwards the purchase orders to the relevant suppliers including providing copies to Supervisors and Schedulers.
- Duties as directed by Scheduling Manager
- Manage and process all invoice exceptions from accounts payable.
- Raising extra orders for additional works done on site as requested by site supervisors.
