About the Position
Cockburn Community Care is a well-established and highly respected Commonwealth Home Support Program, NDIS, and Home Care Package provider. The organisation is offering a great opportunity for a well organised, client focused Scheduling and Administration Officer. This position will be full time for a fixed term until June 2027 and is based at Cockburn Care, Hamilton Hill.
The position requires excellent teamwork skills as you will support our Scheduling and Administration team with their roles as well as being responsible for your own tasks. You consider yourself an all-rounder who is able to relieve our administration and scheduling team members during periods of leave. You will also provide over the phone and in person support to our support workers using our client management software app.
This busy yet satisfying role will involve (not limited to); entering information communicated by clients and staff into a database, scheduling of in-home and transport services, rescheduling of services, facilitating building and fleet maintenance, requesting quotes from suppliers, purchasing and filing.
About You
We are excited to meet our new administration all-rounder who has:
- Experience within an office environment (within a receptionist or administration role) and/or Certificate in Business Administration.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Publisher).
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High levels of interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and genuine care for team members, clients and carers.
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Commitment to a delivering an outstanding service and customer experience.
Salary: $71,622 - $76,521 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
