The opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who are looking for an opportunity to be comprehensively trained as a Winder Driver. The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Answer all calls immediately to ensure prompt response to an emergency or production requirements for movement of personnel;
- Conduct inspections and housekeeping of the Winder building;
- The movement of all materials, equipment and personnel from underground to the surface;
- Advise and report on the status of the Winder work area;
- Exposure to the Loading Station, Platman and Crusher (LPC) role and duties.
What will you bring?
- You must be a self motivated worker that is able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Mining experience while not essential will be advantageous.
