5 Global® have been engaged by 1300 Get Tint (Matt Bull Window Tinting) to recruit a Trainee Window Tinter. 1300 Get Tint is a well-established business that is currently expanding to meet customer demand. It is a well-established family owned business based in Ipswich.

This position is for a person that is interested in training to become a skilled professional with the ability and knowledge to deliver quality products and finishes. Customer Service Excellence is our top priority.
The Role:
- Providing great customer service.
- Delivering on company promises.
- Problem solving.
- Communicating with customers and staff.
- Measuring windows to ensure the correct sizes are recorded.
- Training & mentoring will be provided.
- Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm, and every other Saturday: 7am to 12pm.
The Person:
- An interest in learning to become a good Window Tinter.
- Team Player who builds mutual respect and trust.
- Problem solver that is focused on achieving the best results for the customer.
- Holder of a current Queensland Driving Licence.
- Display good discipline in relation to time-management, this can be taught.
- The ideal candidate will be someone with energy and enthusiasm.
- Coachable.
- Smart in appearance.
- Clear communicator.
- A good ability to follow and deliver on both verbal and written directions.
