The position involves the development and delivery of theory and practical training for courses relating to Mining, Civil Construction and First Aid.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following:
- 1-5 Years experience in an RTO environment including a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) (must be willing to upgrade TAE)
- Currency in the industry
- Experience delivering Generic Induction, S123, G2, Machinery, First Aid, Low Voltage, LV/4WD, Heights and Confined Space
- High Risk experience is desirable (Forklift and EWP)
- A willingness to learn and undertake training themselves
- A willingness to impart knowledge
- A desire to help others
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- Understanding and experience of VET including resource development.
- No contractors - in house Full-Time trainers needed.
- Understanding of the RTO Standards 2015 and how to apply them to your role.
- Understanding of vocational training and support of LLN clients
- Located in Rockhampton
