Our client is a leading Registered Training Organisation who provides training across the Construction, Civil & Mining Sectors in Gladstone.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver HRWL training in Gladstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training and assessing student competencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver face-to-face training and assessment, adhering to established protocols and timelines for submitting student records.
• Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Participate in assessment validation and moderation processes to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Provide regular reports to senior management to keep them informed of training and assessment compliance.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and assist in reviewing course materials for continuous improvement.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to the operational needs of the business as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or the equivalent
• High Risk Work Licence.
• Accreditation for Assessing HRWL (Desirable).
• Nationally recognised Statements of Attainment in relevant area of expertise.

SKILLS

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Technical knowledge in the relevant area of expertise.
• Ability to professionally and efficiently manage designated projects.
• Proficient in reporting in line with company requirements and procedures.
• Effective prioritisation and multitasking abilities in a busy office environment.
• Capacity to work unsupervised and meet deadlines consistently.
• Commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
