Qualifications & experience
- Individuals with a (minimum) Certificate III trade qualification in, "Air Conditioning and Refrigeration"
- Must hold a refrigerant handling license and a restricted electrical license.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or its equivalent - OR willingness to enroll and attain one.
- Professionals with current AC/R industry experience, boasting excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive can do approach.
- Excellence in customer service skills with the highest level of professionalism
Tasks & responsibilities
- What's the role? Lead engaging daily AC/R training sessions at the workplace Train & assess apprentices upholding the highest industry benchmarks. Forge meaningful connections with students & clients fostering a network high service levels Build meaningful industry relationships to support industry
