MRWED is seeking a training and assessment professional, who enjoys modelling best practice approaches while training groups of students and has a commitment to maintaining robust assessment practices. Although often working remotely, our trainers and Assessors need to work cohesively and collaboratively to ensure the quality of the learner outcomes.

MRWED wants you to:

• Be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney and deliver Training in our Training Centres.
• Have a willingness to travel to other locations (including MRWED’s campuses in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney) to deliver training and assessment as required.
• Deliver nationally recognised training in skill sets and qualifications from the TAE training package, including TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
• Deliver accredited programs and non-accredited professional development sessions via live, facilitator-led webinars.
• Assess the competence of participants undertaking TAE skill sets and qualifications using our Learning Management System.
• Motivate and inspire our course participants through the demonstration of exceptional facilitation, assessment and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrate self-direction and planning skills.
• Work remotely from home when not delivering face-to-face programs.

Skills and experience

You will need to hold TAE50122 Diploma in Vocational Education and Training or

• TAE50116 Diploma in Vocational Education and Training
• TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development.
• Or a higher level qualification specialising in Adult Education. 

You will be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney and ideally be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
