Your role will include a variety of tasks such as managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling communications on their behalf. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organising events. Additionally, you will assist with strategic planning, project management, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the office runs efficiently and that the Director can focus on driving the business forward.
Hours:
Monday to Friday ONLY
8:30AM - 5:00PM
Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000 (neg)
The Role:
- Assist in the co-ordination of business operations.
- Plan and maintain the Managing Directors calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.
- Ensure quality service is maintained and consistent across the office.
- Overseeing Front of House, Administration and Support staff.
- Manage emails, information, and other communications; handling where possible.
- Assist in organising community events and programs, attending where necessary.
- Book transport and accommodation as and when required.
- Attend Leadership Team meetings, both off-site and on-site off-site.
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers
- Deliver timely and outstanding client service
- Assist Directors with performance management programs and terminations.
- Adhoc duties as required.
- Previous Real Estate experience is essential.
- A current Victorian Driver's License & working car.
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate or LEA.
- Be computer literate
- Hold excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous Executive Assistant or Real Estate Administration experience.
- Ambition to grow and further develop skillsets.
- Present polished and professional.
