About the Role:
At TA, Sydney based, we are seeking a Trainer/Assessor to join our team in our CHC33015 Cert III in Individual Support, to start January 2023.
Shifts available:
-Mon-Tuesday
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current Vocational competencies to the level of qualification and in the units being delivered.
- Industry experience within the last two (2) years in specific vocational area of teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Understand students' needs and passionate about supporting students
- Proof of Professional Development in the fields of knowledge and practice of vocational training, and learning and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a VET trainer/assessor
- VET Qualifications in the required field
- Ability to teach and engage International Students
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
- Holding the CHC33015 Certificate III Individual support qualification / or equivalent
- Holding the TAE40116 Training and Assessment qualification / or equivalent
- Experience in RTOs and Ageing care facilities are beneficial.
- Available Monday and Tuesday 8.45am – 4.15 pm. / or Monday -Tuesday-Wednesday 4.45 pm-9.45 pm.
