Position:Trainer and Assessor - MC Road Train Driver
Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Trainer and Assessorto manage MC Road Train driver training and assessment operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring drivers meet the highest standards of safety and competence, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of haulage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for MC Road Train drivers, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Conduct assessments to ensure drivers meet the required competency standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to drivers to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customised training solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness among drivers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid MC (Multi-Combination) driver’s license with extensive experience in operating triple and quad Road Trains.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in the mining transport industry.
- Proven experience in training and assessing MC Road Train drivers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
