Strongly consider those who can deliver practical safety courses, such as:
- Working at heights
- Confined spaces
- Fire warden
With further opportunities to deliver:
- BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
- or anything else on our scope
This is a full time position with opportunities for both local and regional training. You will be required to monitor and support students over the enrollment period and during the course.
Opportunities are available for significant professional development.
Some tasks and responsibilities include:
- Planning and preparing training sessions and resources
- Managing the learning environment, learners activities, resources and materials
- Ensuring that assessments (including RPL) comply with assessment guidelines included in the relevant unit of competency
- Ensuring compliance with state legislation and regulatory requirements that are relevant to your duties
- Assisting in the development of training products in accordance with Standards for RTO's 2015 guidelines
- Willingness to travel to deliver training and assessment
Candidates must hold the TAE40110 (with the required gap units and must work towards upgrading to TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a higher level qualification in adult education.
We will provide professional development opportunities with our wide scope of training qualifications; as we believe that growth is essential to our business success.
Must hold the relevant qualifications and/or DMIRS approval for SHREPs in which you are instructing or must obtain them as soon as practically possible.
You will also receive two weeks of induction training to ensure that you are positioned to deliver our training courses successfully.
