Trainer Assesor

We are currently seekingt from experienced FrontRunner and/or MineStar Trainers, Operators, and Field Builders across various disciplines to join our Autonomy Project Team. This presents a compelling opportunity for safety-focused individuals who exhibit a proactive approach to mentorship. The role will play a pivotal part in evaluating the current state of Autonomy competencies, aiding in the development of a robust training strategy and plan for the project team's success, and delivering high-quality FrontRunner and/or MineStar Autonomy Training. Candidates with flexibility to work in both Perth and on-site locations as project requirements evolve are highly preferred.

• Mining or Maintenance Trainer Assessor
• MineStar Field Builder
• MineStar Mine Controller or System Builder
• MineStar Machine Operator
• Mobile Maintenance (Calibration Pad, Fuel Bullet, Mode Change)
• FrontRunner Experience

Candidate Requirements
We emphasize finding individuals with the right values, leadership capabilities, collaboration and communication skills. Along with a demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyze information, you should possess critical thinking skills and a solution-focused attitude. The successful candidate should ideally hold one of the following nationally recognized skill sets or certifications in assessing. However, training may be provided for the right candidate.

• Enterprise Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00015)
• Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00011 or TAESS00019)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40110, TAE40116, or TAE40122)
• Diploma of Vocational Education and Training

As the successful candidate, you will have:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• MineStar Command Experience
• FrontRunner Experience
• Prior exposure in open-cut mining
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
• Minimum C Class Driver's license unrestricted is essential
• Autonomous Pit Permit preferred
• Experience in operating two or more of the following Surface Mobile Equipment or equivalent:

• Liebherr 9400, 996 Excavators
• CAT 980, 992, or 994 Loaders
• CAT D10, D11 Track Dozers
• CAT 16H/M Graders
• CAT 854K Wheel Dozers
