- Prepare, deliver training and assess competency e.g. VOC in line with company procedures;
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort;
- Maintain all training and assessment paperwork, ensuring adequate review of training data for accuracy;
- Preparing relevant quarterly/monthly status reports as requested by stakeholders.
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment;
- Subject Matter Expert in surfacing, minor civil or related industries;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that combine with problem-solving skills;
- A collaborative style with the ability to quickly build relationships and engage a wide range of stakeholders;
- Ability to work across northern and regional NSW as there is a component of travel involved.
