The role
We are looking for a trainer/assessor to join our dedicated team in providing grading and support to our online students for our accounting, bookkeeping and/or payroll courses.
Our students complete each course at their own pace, working through the digital learning materials. Students receive 1:1 support as they need it, from our trainers via Zoom, email or phone.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia and allows you to Work from home.
Key Selection Criteria:
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
- Relevant accounting, bookkeeping and/or payroll qualifications (Diploma as a minimum)
- Experience using Xero
- Experience in providing online / distance training or one-on-one support to students
- Experience in the accounting and bookkeeping industry and a passion for professional development
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- A passion to provide exceptional support to students and a great team player
Desirable Selection Criteria
- Diploma of Payroll
- Experience in grading assessments
- An understanding of learning and student management systems
- Accreditation as a BAS Agent or Tax Agent
