Form of workWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic Trainer and Assessor to join our clients established team. Working a Monday-Friday dayshift roster, approximately 10 hours per day, local to Collie & surrounding areas. The successful candidate will provide adivce.
training and assessment on Mobile Plant equipment in an open cut mining operation. Role Description: Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency) Training and refreshing qualifications on various equipment Further Development of personnel Creating plans and delivering site training objectives Developing retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activity Perform training activities and assessments for operators as required Assist the trainee in the knowledge of all of the Operating Procedures for the item of plant they are training on Local / Residential to Collie & surrounding areas Equipment on site;Dump Trucks

SandvikTo be successful you’ll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Cert IV qualification in Training and Assessing Cert IV Frontline Management Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a mining environment Training & Assessment experience in heavy industry / mining development Specific experience operating Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr will be highly regarded MYOSH proficient e-Leaning systems experience Procedure development experience Strong verbal and written communication skills
