About the role:
The Asset Management team is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Trainer Asset Management on a 5:2 Roster based at Perth.
Reporting to the Principal Asset Management Systems, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to work efficiently, in line with relevant Roy Hill Work Management processes and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) requirements.
Duties:
- Deliver effective training and coaching, using a mixture of face-to-face and online methods.
- Manage relevant administrative and logistical processes, such as scheduling courses, confirming bookings, setting up facilities and capturing completions into the system.
- Maintain training materials that are fit for purpose, engaging and relevant, including development of new materials when required.
- Maintain a ‘role to competency’ register for Asset Management related roles, and ensure training is aligned and provided according to competency needs.
- Provide feedback to Asset Management Principal and Specialists on process or capability gaps identified through training and coaching.
- Support the Asset Management Systems team in identifying and implementing initiatives that contribute value to the business.
- Frequent travel to Pilbara mine sites to deliver training to site-based employees.
Skills and Experience:
- High competence in Work Management processes and using SAP PM Module within the mining industry
- Experience within Asset Management roles, especially maintenance planning, scheduling, or Asset Management training roles.
- Experience in delivering training and coaching will be highly regarded.
