An opportunity is now available for a face-to-face on campus Sessional Trainers and Assessors to join our national training team in Southport (Gold Coast). We are looking for candidates who will be able to deliver either of the following Certificate or Diploma courses: 

  • Diploma of Project Management, or
  • Certificate III in Individual Support

Both positions are available in our Southport (Gold Coast) Campus and the candidate must be available to teach On Campus (face-to-face). 

The successful candidate must have the following experience, knowledge and skills:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification or higher
  • Relevant Vocational Qualifications and competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
  • Current industry experience which demonstrates the relevant vocational competencies
  • Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning
  • Ability to translate industry experience into quality training
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Well organised with outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to work collegially and autonomously
  • Minimum 2 years relevant industry training experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of training packages and the ability to deliver training content in a flexible learning environment
  • Well versed with Standards for RTO's 2015
  • Willingness to contribute to resource development and participate in assessment validation activities

You must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen to apply for this position.  You must also have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
