Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) arelooking for a passionate, committed, and engaging YouthAdvisor. You will be working in the Transition toWork (TTW) Program, which provides support and coaching toyouth (age 15-24) to develop the skills needed to move towardsobtaining sustainable employment or training outcomes. This is afull-time position with the added benefit of amonthly accrued day off, based at ourMaroochydore office.
Youth Advisors provide education, coaching andsupport for young people to help them develop the skills, attitudesand behaviours expected by employers while assessing any barriersthey have to employment. This is done through the facilitation ofone-on-one appointments and group sessions. This role is officebased and involves a substantial amount of administration work.

ETC offer in-depth training, so while previous experience inEmployment Services is preferred, it isn't a prerequisite for therole, but there are some essential requirements, which are:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computerliteracy
- Advanced administration skills
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel betweendifferent ETC sites
- Certificate III or IV in Employment Services, Youth Work orCommunity Support Services is preferred but notessential
