This role is a Full-Time position and will be reporting to the Senior SHS Advisor.
Potential for school-based working hours - Flexible hours considered.
The primary purpose of the Training Administrator role is to coordinate the delivery of training and assessment requirements to Qube Bulk employees, contractors, clients, and visitors in line with the Training Plan, and assist with the facilitation of the recruitment and on-boarding process of Qube Bulk employees where required.
Key Specific Responsibilities:
- Comply with Qube Health Safety & Sustainability Policies and supporting Procedures
- Monitor Training Needs Analysis against Training Matrix to identify and advise on training requirements across all departments within the Midwest
- Schedule internal and external training programs and coordinate necessary training resources
- Monitor the delivery of training and assessment in accordance with the Training Plan working closely with internal Trainers and Assessors to ensure compliance
- Maintain training and assessment record, assist in the review of training material as required and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of all training material
- Assist with site induction procedures with the respect to Qube Bulk clientele and their respective requirements when working on common user sites
- Develop clear communication with client training requirements to support clientele training needs
- Support the Senior SHS Advisor undertake other tasks specific to this role where required
- Assist with the day to day on boarding and initial training requirements for all new employees
- Monitor ongoing training and gap analysis for all employees
- Assist in the collection of documentations and other relevant information to maintain personnel HR folders
- Experience in a similar capacity role within the transport, mining or logistics industry
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Exemplary organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work demands
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - specifically Microsoft Word
- High level of confidentiality
- A minimum of 2 years in an administration role
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - desirable
