As the Finance Partner Assistant, you'll be integral to supporting designated sectors or portfolios, ensuring seamless project administration for accurate monthly and annual reporting. Responsibilities include:Assisting in the preparation of monthly invoicesProactively managing outstanding debtor paymentsMaintaining precise billing forecastsReviewing sub-consultant invoices for completeness and obtaining necessary approvalsSupervising project setup and maintenance in the company ERP systemContributing to mid-month P&L review meetings with key stakeholdersProviding essential support for financial and project reporting needsStep into a role where your contributions create a tangible impact, and where opportunities for growth are boundless. What we are looking for:The ideal candidate should possess over 2 years of experience in a professional accounting department, adept in managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. They should also demonstrate: Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Previous exposure to ERP systems, with a preference for experience in Deltek.Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.Capability to thrive both independently and within a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.Strong numerical and analytical skills.
