Your Opportunity

To support our growth focused business divisions, we are seeking a dynamic Training & Learning Development Administrator to join our growing team. The role will see you play an integral role in our Learning & Development Team, administering the Training and training compliance activities for the business, managing eLearning adminstration in our LMS system, plus providing support to the L & D team on various development programs such as the Apprentice Program, Graduate Program and internal development programs. This is a fast-paced role that will provide you with the great foundations of Learning and Development and would suit anyone looking to develop a long-term career within HR.  

This is a permanent full time role based in Osborne Park. 

Your Key Responsibilities

* Assign new employee profiles and online inductions in the Learning Management System (LMS).

* Assist the Training Compliance Advisor and Learning Development Advisor with LMS in system administration.

* Raise purchase orders for apprentice training, job specific training, graduate programs/memberships and internal development programs.

* Reporting on required training compliance and completions where required.

* Record manual training records for employees within the required systems to maintain training compliance.

* Monitoring incoming employee and subcontractor compliance records and validating into the required system.

* Monitor the Learning and Development and Training inbox, completing requests for training bookings, training records administration compliance and assisting responding to general queries with high quality customer service.

* Provide administrative and co-ordination assistance to the Learning & Development Advisor for Graduate onboarding, and internal training development programs as required.

* Support team with administration duties.

* Assist in training compliance reporting, and adhoc Learning & Development reporting.

* Participate in career days and industry events as required. 

What You ‘Can Do’

* 2+ years Administration experience essential with a minimum 1+ years’ experience in Training Administration, Recruitment Administration or HR Administration.

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including excel.  

* Previous experience in Mining or Construction will be an advantage.

* Previous experience in a HRIS, LMS or Training Program (eg, INX) will be an advantage.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates. 

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Team focused approach, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
