We currently have an opportunity for a Training & Compliance Managerto join our team. You will work closely with Facilities Management team to ensure the effective and successful delivery of integrated Facilities Services for the contract.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will work with the Facilities Manager and the Client to deliver the contract's training, auditing and compliance requirements in accordance with Downer's policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Accept ownership of processes, systems and compliance requirements for the contract.
- Ensure training of all staff members and sub-contractors working on the contract is up to date. This includes both, Downer and the Customer's specific training requirements.
- Reporting of non-conformance and development of corrective action plans.
- Execution and closure of compliance actions.
- Ensure records are kept accurate and in an auditable manner.
What you'll bring
- Experience in compliance auditing and reporting.
- Some experience in the pharma industry (preferred), FMCG or a highly regulated environment.
- Experience in effectively working with a large onsite team.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining solid client relationships.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principles and Validation Engineering.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Principles.
