About the role
WorkPac are seeking a Specialist Trainer to join our client in Brisbane for a 3 month duration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance training materials to meet legal, corporate, and site-specific requirements, promoting health, safety, and training outcomes.
- Build strong relationships within operations to improve training performance.
- Provide detailed reporting and analytics on training programs to ensure regulatory and site compliance.
- Apply adult learning principles to design effective training programs.
- Provide coaching, technical support, and expertise to stakeholders to enhance their capabilities.
Skills required
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and reviewing training content, and leading change initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders across teams and locations.
- Possess strong writing skills and the ability to update controlled documents per company standards.
- Commit to continuous improvement, enhancing training materials for better user experience and efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
- Showcase strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Suite, and attention to detail.
- Organise and manage competing demands and priorities effectively.
- Experience as a Trainer Assessor or in a technical role within the resources sector is highly valued.
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE40116).
