About the roleIn partnership with the DC Manager - Laverton, you will support with the development and implementation of a detailed annual training plan. You will also insure that team members are empowered through a combination of mandatory and optional training programs. As a Training Specialist, you will deliver important training materials in an engaging way.
What you'll be responsible for- 💬Customer Advocacy and Feedback
Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs

Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
