Training Superintendent

The Situation: 

Our client is one of the world's largest globally diversified natural resource companies and they have a need for an experiencedTraining Superintendent to join their operations on an open-cut coal mine located in the Rolleston region. The role is a permanent opportunity that will be responsible for developing the on-site team and their training packages across both maintenance and production spaces.

About you: 

• Previous experience working as a Training Superintendent in coal mining OR ability to step up into this role 
• Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act & Regulations
• Experience in the development and maintenance of site-wide training needs
• Expertise in online learning development and delivery
• Experience leading a team and delivering on-the-job training sessions 
• The ability to work on a big site with lots of moving pieces
