You will bring specialist expertise to originate new-to-bank opportunities, and support our existing clients, with appropriate Transaction Banking solutions for their working capital and cash-flow management needs.

You will provide fresh thinking and expertise in key critical areas of our clients’ businesses being working capital management with evolving and innovative Transaction Banking solutions; and industry insights to help our clients navigate changing market conditions.

Do work that matters

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple Transaction Banking solutions (including Cash Management, Online Banking Platform: CommBiz, Merchant Solutions: Terminals and eCommerce, BPAY, Direct Debit, Corporate Cards and Partnerships) with all Business Banking clients based in Melbourne CBD with turnover greater than $3m.

Developing close working relationships with key clients of varying complexity and your internal stakeholders, you will use your ability to understand business requirements to provide innovative Transaction Banking solutions. 

More specifically, you will

• Proactively build a pipeline of new and existing Transaction Banking opportunities

• Have a deep understanding of our Transaction Banking product offerings, and provide innovative solutions to clients

• Engage with relationship teams to review Transaction Banking performance and initiatives to ensure opportunities are being identified and pursued

• Provide support, coaching and education to bankers

• You’re someone that is passionate about networking and executing new business opportunities

• Success in this role will come from a background in customer service, sales & business development and a drive to develop a solid understanding of our Transaction Banking value proposition

• You work with pace – managing and delivering on multiple priorities and projects with efficiency and accuracy
