Details: Major Projects Canberra (MPC) have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join the Directorate as the Transformation and Culture Executive.
Reporting to the MPC Director-General, this role will be pivotal in overseeing improvement and transformation initiatives for a stronger and more cohesive future for MPC.
The Transformation and Culture Executive will be responsible and accountable for the leadership and integration of the three key elements of the MPC STRIVE Program:
people strategy and purpose;
creating a flexible and resilient culture; and
building organisational agility and effectiveness.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in shaping an organisation’s culture, resulting in improved attraction, retention and a more sustainable future.

Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $313,721 - $326,282 depending on the current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $279,122.
Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years. Prospective applicants should be aware that long-term engagements are tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly.
