About the teamThe Merchandise team at Coles plays a critical role and pride themselves on building sustainable long term supplier relationships, developing new range offers and ideas, and working on convenient, healthy solutions. You'll find us working across all business units at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Coles Local.

About the roleYou will work with the Own Brand Leadership and our Centre of Excellence/Commercial teams to drive, manage, and govern the delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects. You will lead program management, governance, and implementation of transformation initiatives for Own Brand to ensure project teams deliver against the required objectives, timelines, and milestones.
You'll also:
• Drive and manage the implementation of key strategic initiatives and transformation projects for Coles Own Brand to ensure project teams deliver against the required objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and manage strategy and program governance processes to, track and report on key strategic initiatives and transformation projects against measures of success / KPIs
• Manage and maintain the Own Brand IT roadmap and initiatives to support scoping, prioritisation, planning and governance.
• Support junior team members within the Strategy and Transformation team and project delivery teams.
A varied role where your past transformation and project management experience will come into its own to bring our strategy to life. You will be critical in bringing cross-functional teams together to drive and govern key strategic initiatives and reporting progress back to the leadership team and stakeholders.
You will have:
• Proven experience in transformation and project management
• Proven experience implementing strategy and change through people, process and technology.
• Ability to communicate and influence across numerous levels and varied senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the management of timelines, business expectations and rollout plans/targets
• Strategic mindset to respectfully challenge the way we work and what may be needed in the roadmap.
• Experience building reports, with clear, concise, and professional communications
Strong data analysis skills, with the capability of manipulating data into meaningful reports and trends.
• Consulting experience highly desirable
