As the Transformation Specialist at Cbus Super Fund, you will support the development of the Fund's Transformation Strategy and key initiatives to drive operational efficiency and improve the member experiences.
Additionally, you will play a key role in the delivery of the Transformation Roadmap and ongoing management and assessment of the fund's business capabilities and transformation initiatives.
You will possess excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical skills as your role will require you to work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to help define the transformation agenda, analysing factors such as industry trends, market dynamics and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
In your role you will complete detailed analysis of transformation initiatives and business capabilities, including maturity assessments, process improvements, technology adoption, commercial impacts and organisational changes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation within the organisation.
To be successful in this role you ideally will have exposure to the financial services industry with superannuation industry experience preferable, coupled with 4 to 5+ years of experience in strategy, business architecture, business analysis and/or transformation.
You will have proven experience implementing strategy and change through people, process, technology, and data, as well as knowledge and experience with project management and change management will also help you succeed.
You will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including data visualisation and reporting tools.
