Job description
We are looking for a Change Specialist to join 'Project Thrive' - an ERP implementation from Microsoft AX 2012 and Green Tree to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
This will be offered as a fixed term opportunity until September 2025 and we are welcoming applications from those based in either Melbourne or Perth, with flexible work arrangements available.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Change Manager in assisting stakeholders adopt and embed the changes associated with the Finance Transformation program.
You will be responsible for:
• Assisting with supporting stakeholders to “engage, adopt and use” the new technology and processes.
• Contributing to and assist with deploying the Change Plan.
• In conjunction with the Change Manager, leading the completion of the Detailed Change Impact Assessment, suggesting mitigation tactics, strategies, and owners to resolve gaps.
• Providing hands on support during each “hyper-care” phase to help sustain the Project Thrive outcomes, enabling the business to realise the benefits.
• Promoting and educate the role and value of Change Management within the organisation.
• Assisting with drafting of communication artifacts to support execution of the Communications Schedule.
• Ensuring materials produced are inclusive and accessible.
• Supporting the Change Manager with Stakeholder Engagement, identifying potential risks and issues.
• Providing all members of the Project Thrive team with feedback, advice, and support.
• Adhering to current Project Thrive practices and standards of document management.
• Complying with workplace polices and demonstrate Wilson Group values.
• Interstate travel as required for any key face-to-face meetings.
Our ideal applicants will have:
• Demonstrated experience (min 3 years) in an ERP Change Management, Senior Change or Project Analyst role, with a primary focus on completing Detailed Change Impact Assessments.
• Collaborative and adaptable working style, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with IT, Finance personnel, and project teams.
• Able to elicit information from people and navigate ambiguous environments in a sensitive manner.
• Working across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Experience in articulating opportunities for improvement to the user experience.
• Experience in taking complex, technical information and present to audiences based on their needs.
• Highly competent with MS Office applications
• Experienced with the use of tools to engage audiences, such as Staffbase, Miro and video editing.
• Change management qualification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable, but not essential
