The Transitions Service Manager is to support the Removal Services Manager in relation to performance outcomes of providers and suppliers involved in the provision of removal and storage services. The role also supports the Regional Manager with the day-to-day management of the Defence Account.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Managing and developing the team in performing a range of services which includes conducting Pre-removal visits, removal service visits and assessment of Notice of Loss or Damage. Conduct store house inspections and provider performance reviews in consultation with the Regional ManagerDevelop strong relationships with providers, maintaining mechanisms of review while promoting innovative solutions to ensure that successful delivery of contract requirementsHave a working knowledge of the contractual documentation relating to removal service providers including Deed of Agreement, Statement of Requirements & Minimum StandardsAssisting the Regional Manager with the reporting of Provider WHS incidents and safety conversations via TRAC and initiate programs to drive reporting and addressing safety incidents and accidents.Ensure all organisation and statutory regulations in relation to compliance and safety are implemented and adhered to buy Providers and Staff. Identifies any trends for corrective action and recommends to Regional Manager for collaboration on improvements.Understanding the culture of the key clients and ensuring swift response and resolution of any service issues. Ability to guide a team, providing clear direction to achieve business objectives and results in a positive mannerHigh level Customer service skills, a positive hands-on approach, can-do attitude with very strong accuracy and attention to detail.Conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsExperience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and high-energy environmentExcellent interpersonal skills, sound organisational and strong administration skills.Be a great team player with the ability to influence in a positive mannerQualifications & Experience
