Role Overview:
As a Branch/Area Manager, your primary focus will be to oversee the operations of our Travel Agency, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing sales performance. You will lead a team of Travel Sales Consultants, motivating and guiding them to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences. A crucial part of your role will be the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Travel Agency, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of Travel Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.
