EXECUTIVE SUPPORT & SAFETY OFFICER
(Full Time)
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Support & Safety Officer to join the Shire’s Corporate team.
- Provide personal administrative assistance and support services (records keeping, correspondence management, general admin etc) to the EMCCS & EMIDS.
- Facilitate the running of the Shire’s Work Health and Safety Working Group.
- Provide support and assistance to the Shire Safety Representatives.
- Be an active member of Events Team & Risk Working Group.
- Prepare Council and other reports as required.
- Participate in special projects or activities as directed.
- Ensure confidentiality always.
Remuneration:
The salary for the position is offered in accordance with Level 4 of the Shire of York Inside Staff Collective Enterprise Agreement 2019 ($73,291 - $76,754). Placement within the range will be determined by the applicant’s age, skills and experience.

11.00% superannuation plus salary sacrificing option with matching Shire contribution up to 3.5%.
