This newly created role of Sales Team Coordinator is critical to the success of the Account Management/Sales Team, providing daily support and administration.
About the role:
Your typical day will include:
- Being the go to guru to help the Account Managers with their customer's requests
- Helping to onboard new travel agencies and travel partners and make it as simple as possible
- Giving the Account Managers a hand with planning of events and agent famils and incentives
- Providing the agents great support with their training needs
About you:
- You'll have some experience in the travel or tourism sector, ideally in reservations or supporting a sales team.
- You're tech savvy
- You love customer engagement and creating positive customer experiences
